The pillar of development, youth are the group of male and female of age group 16-40. The most important time in a person’s life is the time when he is a youth. The youths are accepted as the most important element for the development of this world. As the life of birds and wild animals can’t be imagined without forest likewise, the world without youths can’t also be imagined.

After the end of adolescence and in the starting of childhood, physical as well as mental changes take place gradually. There is great confidence and high devotion in work in the youth period. In this period, they have the capacity to climb the Everest, bring treasure from the depth of sea and start their kingdom all over the world and start ruling it.

Youth are the virtue of zeal, enthusiasm, manliness, patience. Youth period was the period when Laxmi Prasad Devkota, Lekhnath Poudel, Rabindranath Tagore as well as William Shakespeare had written great articles, Alexzender the great had spread his kingdom all over the world, Balvadra Kunwar and Amar Singh Thapa had fought against Englishmen and the whole youths of Nepal had started revolution against tyrannical autocracy of the kings and that’s how Nepal had retained democracy as well as republic after 240 years of tyranny of the Shahs.

All country’s present and future depends upon the youth residing in that country. The fate lines of a country depend upon the youths of that country. The youths should root out residing atrocity, persecution and corruption in that country and should be able to protect the culture, rites and rituals of that country. The youths should help in the development of a country.

Not only this, the youths have the responsibility of the whole world for proper utilization and mobilization of all available resources and the protection of nature and other living beings. The youth most work hard. Without being bored, the youth most work for world peace and good health of every people. The youth most remove old concepts and ideology from all people in the world for speeding the rate of development. They should study hard and discover treasures as well as convectional energy sources even from the lava of the volcano.

Although the youths have the energy to change the world but many adults are seen to waste time, their talent and ability. Now-a-days, many youths are involved in bad company and waste their valuable time in Facebook as well as watching porn. Not only this, but also many adults are seen to be brain drained due to which the country can’t rise in the present and the future of the country becomes as dark as the night of the Aaunsi(no moon day). Almost everything that is great is done by the youths. That’s why; nation’s development will be at stake if youth will not play pivotal role in building invincible and prudent adult.

The sustainable manpower can only be created from the youths. The youth who are said to be supreme from the starting of the universe till its ending, the capacity to harvest even the gold from wheat plant and the capacity to make the place heaven where they work harder. So, they have to be self controlled, be away from criminal activities and throw tiredness away from themselves as well as the government and other authorities should also make policies for good opportunities of employment for the youths in their own country to stop the problem of brain drain. The youths should formally and informally be provided scientific as well as technical education due to which they can develop the country by applying scientific ways of development.
